Picnic
From Taclug
It's summer, it's sunny and hot, let's get outside and enjoy the day, socially meet with other Linux Geeks, their families, and other friends!

How It Will Work
The TacLUG Picnic Committee will:
- Invite other LUG's and Linux Organizations
- Take up a collection so that we can purchase: (OR, do we set a price/fee?)
- Utensils, Napkins, Paper Plates, Cups
- Coordinate with Invitees to make sure that we all bring everything we need such as:
- BBQ's
- Charcoal
- Condiments
- Coolers
- Ice

What Members & Invitees Will Do

Before the Picnic
- Coordinate with the BBQ Committee and let them know what you intend to bring, or ask what is needed.

Plan To Bring
- Your own main dish (Meat/Chicken/Fish/Tofu)
- If you're bringing Burgers or Hot Dogs, the committee will coordinate buns.
- Beverages
- If it's held at a Park, no booze...sorry.
- If it's held at someone's house, BYOB and please drink RESPONSIBLY.

- Fruit Juices
- Bottled Water
