More cool Arduino stuff

Andrew, please show us how to make an Arduino do a lot more cool stuff :D

I had a thought on this actually... many µC's, PROMS, EEPROMS, FPGA's, etc. (though fewer and fewer new ones) require exotic, expensive, and/or proprietary programming equipment. I wonder how difficult it would be to undertake developing a codebase/designbase of programmers/shields to accomplish this. Has it been done? I looked around the web. It doesn't seem like it.

My distro is better than your distro

Okay, maybe this would be counterproductive, but I know you all secretly want to do it. Let's have a distro deathmatch. Let's have an all out free-for-all argument about whose distro is best, whose is worst, and why.

Legal issues surrounding open source

I was in another state when we had a lawyer visit TacLUG. I was really bummed that I missed it. Maybe we could make it an annual event? :D
