Taclug General Membership Business Meeting

November 19, 2005

Opening
President Jeff Maxwell called the meeting to order at 11:15 a.m. at Xavier Hall, 
Pacific Lutheran University, a quorum being present.  Andrew Kouklis served as 
secretary pro-tem.  The minutes of the October 15, 2005, general membership 
meeting were read and adopted.

Taclug Elections
The candidates were: for president, Charles Mauch and Chuck Wolber; for 
secretary, Wes Jenning; and for board member, Kimberly Edwards.  Each candidate 
was given an opportunity to speak on his or her behalf, followed by questions 
from the members.

Ballots were cast and the results were as follows:
Members present at time of election: 18
Ballots cast: 17
For president: 11 for Charles Mauch, 6 for Chuck Wolber
For secretary: 15 for Wes Jennings, 2 blank
For board member: 16 for Kimberly Edwards, 1 blank

President Jeff Maxwell announced the winners of the election.

The meeting adjourned at 12:00 noon.
