Agenda:

There will be a Business Meeting held during the General Meeting to
elect a person to the Board seat vacated by Scott Hunter. The seat has
a short term, expiring in October 2005.

The candidates are Rebel Nichols and Jessica Clark.

They will each have a chance to speak for a few minutes on their
behalf to provide an understanding of what they hope to bring to the
Board, if elected.
