Business Meeting Minutes
October 18, 2003

The business meeting of the Tacoma Linux Users Group (TACLUG) was held on
October 18, 2003 at Dave Evans and Associates, 3700 Pacific Hwy East, Suite
311 Tacoma, 98424.

It was determined that a quorum was present and that the business meeting
could commence.

Chris Negus read the minutes from the previous business meeting.

It was determined that there was no additional business to be conducted
outside of the TACLUG elections.

The following people were placed on the ballot for the election:

* Board Member (two positions available):  Kimberly Edwards, Ken Hughes,
  Kevin Pedigo, Chuck Wolber
* President: Francois Caen
* Secretary: Chris Negus

Serving as election officials were Wes Jennings and Andrew Kouklis.

The following were the results of the election.

* President: Francois Caen
* Secretary: Chris Negus
